*Today's blaze at Boston's JFK Library appears to be fire related and not tied to
the blasts near the finish line of the Boston Marathon.  At least two people are
dead and dozens more injured in the explosions.  The FBI is treating it as a
terror investigation.  All Boston residents and tourists have been told to clear
the streets and stay away from crowds.

*Boston authorities are reportedly talking to a person of interest following
today's blasts near the finish line of the Boston Marathon.  Sources confirm to
Fox News they have that person in custody.  At least two people are dead and
dozens more injured in the explosions.  The blasts have police in multiple
cities across the country stepping up security.

*Logan Airport is being put under a ground stop until further notice following
today's explosions.  The Department of Homeland Security says Boston is the only
area under any type of flight restrictions. 

*Boston authorities are confirming multiple casualties at each of the two
explosion sites.

*President Obama is closely monitoring the developing situation in Boston.  At
least two people are confirmed dead and nearly two dozen are injured following
an explosion at the finish line of the Boston Marathon.  A White House official
said the President was notified by his national security team and is in contact
with local and state officials in Massachusetts.  He has instructed his
administration to offer whatever assistance is necessary in the investigation
and response. 

As a precaution, the sidewalk in front of the White House
has been closed to pedestrian traffic.  Vehicular traffic on Pennsylvania Avenue
in front of the White House has been blocked since the Clinton administration. 
Meantime, Vice President Joe Biden was on a conference call when he learned of
the incident.  The "Huffington Post" reports Biden offered prayers for the
victims and said he had no details about what happened.

*Fenway Park appears unaffected by multiple explosions near the finish line of
today's Boston Marathon.  The Red Sox were playing their annual Patriots' Day
game against the Tampa Bay Rays, but the game ended before reports of the
explosions began pouring in.  There have been no reports of injuries related to
fans who were at the game. The marathon race rout passed right past Fenway Park
on the way to the finish line at Copley Square.

*More devices are being dismantled in Boston following explosions near the finish
line of the Boston Marathon.  NBC News reports as many as two were found, but
it's unclear as to where they were located.  At least two people are confirmed
dead and nearly two dozen injured.

*People are taking to social media following an explosion at the Boston
Marathon.  The Marathon's own Facebook page recently posted "There were two
bombs that exploded near the finish line in today's Boston Marathon. We are
working with law enforcement to understand what exactly has happened."  Hundreds
of people have already commented on the post, with most saying they are praying
for the victims of the blast.

*New Kids on the Block singer Joey McIntyre is among the eyewitnesses to a grisly
explosion scene at the Boston Marathon.  McIntyre, a Boston native, was running
in the race.  He tweeted that he had just crossed the finish line when he heard
the blasts.  McIntyre wrote, "There was an explosion by the finish line about 5
minutes after I finished - I'm ok but I'm sure there are many hurt."  There are
reports of multiple injuries at the scene in downtown Boston.  Witnesses
describe hearing at least two blasts.  Rescue crews have flooded the street to
treat in the injured.

*Dozens of people are reportedly seriously injured at the scene.  Pictures show
many people lying on the ground.  Ambulances are on their way to treat the
wounded.  Smoke was spotted near the finish line.  The victims are being treated
on sidewalks.  Stretchers are being taken through the streets.  Emergency crews
are swarming the scene.

*It's a scene of carnage at the finish line of the Boston Marathon.  At least
one, perhaps two explosions happened, leading what may be dozens of people being
injured.  There are reports that several people may have lost limbs in the
blast.  There's a big area of a sidewalk that's spattered with blood.  Emergency
crews are taking injured to nearby hospitals.  The finish line of the marathon
is near the epicenter of downtown Boston.

(Boston, MA)  --  Rescue crews in Boston are on the scene of  at least two explosions that ripped through crowds in Downtown Boston. Fox News reports at least three people are dead. 

Witnesses describe seeing a huge cloud of smoke billowing into the air near the Boston Marathon finish line. Authorities have evacuated the area and say the section of Boylston Street is still considered a danger zone.
